Refund policy
For items purchased in store, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return on an item purchased in-store, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, if included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us by replying to your appointment email confirmation.
For items purchased online, there are no returns. We apologize for the inconvenience, but as a small, skater-run operation, we do not have the bandwidth to deal with the expensive overhead involved. Thanks for understanding!
